Great location within walking distance to restaurants and shops on Main St, just like I hoped for. Super close to the center and everything we needed. 🏙️

it had a the best setting so close to the waterfront, several bus lines, shopping centre. staff were happy to help, unfailingly friendly people. their breakfasts were delicious and delicious. extraordinary view of the garden from the balcony.

Clean place with huge rooms. Without doubt the location was awesome so close to restaurants and the waterfront even at night Could use a shower, hair dryers and bath sheets in the bathroom. Everything was good, the apartment is goat!

I recently stayed at a fantastic guesthouse in Green Point for my trip to Cape Town. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the city center and the waterfront. The area felt safe and had plenty of restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The staff were incredibly helpful, arranging airport transfers and even providing fruits and wine as a welcome gift. The rooms were spacious and had everything I needed. it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely come back.

Nice apartment with everything you need near to Greenpoint restaurants and Waterfront, and shopping centre. The staff is really helpful. It has perfect and convenient setting in the quiet neighborhood.

It was also conveniently located near the waterfront and a hop on hop off bus stop. The accommodation was top-notch with clean and spacious rooms. The guesthouse had two kitchens, a dining room, and a living room with a TV. I loved the fact that there was free coffee, tea, and drinking water available, as well as the option to do laundry for free. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us with whatever we needed. Will definitely choose this place for my next visit!

Honestly, there was nothing to dislike about this guesthouse. It provided everything we needed and more.

The guesthouse had a clean private bathroom. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of meals. The location was marvelous and awesome. The area in general was safe and close to the Waterfront, CBD, Green Point promenade, shops, restaurants.

I had an exceptional stay at 12 Greenpoint Guesthouse. The room was incredibly spacious with plenty of cupboard space for all my clothes. It was also cleaned daily, which was a nice touch. The kitchen was well-equipped and I could even do my laundry. The location was excellent, with easy access to bus lines, restaurants, and a supermarket. The neighborhood felt safe and I could walk to the waterfront in no time. The host was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend this guesthouse for a fantastic experience.

The value for money was amazing at 12 Greenpoint Guesthouse, with a large room, comfortable bed, and powerful shower. The location was perfect, away from the busy areas but still within a quick and safe walk to restaurants and bars. The staff, led by the friendly owner Blake, were accommodating and made sure I had everything I needed.

The breakfast menu could be improved with some variety or additional options.

Absolutely loved this place! The host was super friendly and helpful, giving us great advice on getting around and exploring the area. The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions and easily accessible by foot or Uber. It was also great that we could park our car inside the property. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, plus it was cleaned daily. The common area and fully equipped kitchen were a bonus, and having access to boiling water for coffee or tea in the morning was a delightful surprise.

The owner, Brick, is incredibly kind and generous. Received complimentary wine, toiletries, and use of laundry facilities. Spacious and clean rooms, with daily cleaning. Excellent Wi-Fi throughout. Convenient location, 5 min to CBD by Uber and 15-20 min walk to waterfront. Even allowed late checkout at 5pm. Highly recommended!
